How to use:

This vinegar is great for deglazing white meats, blended with roasted pork and roasted figs. It's also perfect for seasoning typical salads (mesclun, rocket, lamb's lettuce) grilled mushrooms, fresh figs, parmesan shavings, and a dash of olive oil.

Vinegar with fig puree Ingredients: vinegar 43%, fig puree 36%, sugar, thickener: pectin. Shake well before use. Once opened, store in a refrigerator.
